Dear Parents, We are well in to our Math Unit 5. Here is the link for the parent letter again for your review. https://www.georgiastandards.org/Georgia-Standards/Frameworks/Unit-5-K-parent-letter.pdf Our 2018 Pennies for Patients Campaign begins this week!RNE is partnering with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society for this annual service project. Students will be coming home with their Pennies For Patients boxes to collect money to support this organization. This is a rewarding & fun experience to do something easy for others & we make it especially fun for our students! Starting Tuesday, March 13, The Pennies Fairy (you won’t want to miss her!), will be cheering the kids on to dump their boxes of coins into collection bins. Also, each grade level hallway will have a table set up to collect bills to purchase shamrocks in honor or memory of someone. The shamrocks will be used to decorate their teachers doorway. It is also very easy to donate online, your child can even create their very own webpage to collect donations! Just follow the simple instructions at: http://events.lls.org/pages/ga/RoswellNorthElementarySchool-2017-2018We would LOVE for you to volunteer with us during this short campaign! After a quick orientation, your off to your stations on grade level hallways to assist with giving out shamrocks until the bell rings - it’s really THAT easy! http://signup.com/go/b2JQFe .
